　　论文摘要：In this talk the speaker will present an overview of the current challenges facing the electricity generation sector both in the regions with organized electricity markets, and in those where the industry is vertically integrated. The speaker will present results from her research group regarding alternatives to integrate large proportions of electricity generation from wind and solar, and the role that the smart-grid and distributed energy resources (DERs) will play in the near future along.

　　主讲人简介：Dalia Patino Echeverri，杜克大学(美国)尼古拉斯环境学院副教授，研究方向为能源经济学、环境经济学等。在《Environmental Science & Technology》、《Journal of Regulatory Economics》、《International Journal of Greenhouse Gas Control》、《Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes》等顶级刊物发表学术论文数十篇。
